作为生物医学伦理学领域的重要概念,生命观是人们对生命的最根本、最一般的认识,是由一些相关理论共同构成的综合性哲学范畴。与已有生命观只涉及对生命神圣论、生命质量论、生命价值论的论述不同,生命观还包括生命有限和生命尊严的观念。人的生命就是人的生物学生命和社会学生命的结合体,其本质是一种拥有自觉意识的精神性存在。不同生命的质量、价值有差异,要区别对待。生命神圣是一切医学行为最根本的价值理据,坚持生命神圣论就是对人的生命尊严的维护,但坚持生命神圣并不意味着可以忽略生命的有限性,接纳死亡与坚持生命神圣之间保持适度张力,可以更好地维护人的生命尊严。

As an important concept in the field of biomedical ethics,the view of life is the most fundamental and general understanding of life,and it is a comprehensive philosophical category composed of some related theories.The view of life is different from that of the existing concept of life,the theory of life quality and the theory of life value,and the view also includes the concept that life is limited and dignified.Human life is a combination of human biological and sociological life,and its essence is a spiritual existence with consciousness.Different quality or value of life have differences,therefore they must own differentiate treats.The sanctity of life is the fundamental argument of all medical acts,and it is the maintenance of human dignity to insist on the sanctity of life.To adhere to the sanctity of life does not mean that the limits of life can be ignored,instead,to accept the moderate tension between death,and the insistence on maintaining between life and holiness,can better protect human life and dignity.
