摘要
文中以甘肃省张掖市6个镇394份入户调查资料为样本,采用Probit模型分析了技术认知和政府支持对农户节水灌溉技术采用的影响。研究发现:对节水灌溉效果水平的认知和政府推广对农户节水灌溉技术采用有显著影响作用;技术认知和政府支持对节水灌溉技术采用的影响效应存在差异,其中,对节水灌溉效果水平的认知每提高一个档次,农户采用节水灌溉技术的概率提升3.97%,农户接受政府的技术推广每提高一个档次,农户采用节水灌溉技术的概率提升83.00%,政府推广对技术采用的边际影响相对较大;此外,控制变量中年龄、务农年限、家庭务农人数均显著影响农户节水灌溉技术采用。建议政府部门加强节水灌溉技术宣传工作,重视推广技术的实用性及有效性,增强农户技术认知。
Taking 394 households of 6 town survey data from Zhangye City in Gansu province as samples,we used a Probit model to analyze how technological cognition and government support affect farmers' water-saving irrigation technology adoption. Our findings suggest that the cognition of the level of water-saving irrigation adoption and extension services both had a significant impact on farmers' water-saving irrigation technology adoption; technological cognition and government support existed differenct effects on water-saving irrigation technology adoption. Among them,if the cognition of the level of water-saving irrigation adoption enhanced one level,the probability to adopt water-saving irrigation technology would increase 3. 97% for farmers; if the technology popularization of government enhanced one level,the probability to adopt water-saving irrigation technology would increase 83. 00% for farmers. Marginal effect of extension services on technology adoption was relatively big; besides,some control variables such as ages,the years of the farming,the number of farmers all had significant impacts on farmers' water-saving irrigation technology adoption. We should suggest that government departments should enhance the publicity of water-saving irrigation technology,attach importance to the practicability and validity of ones,and improve the farmers' cognition of technology.
