兰州市银行业的空间分布特征及其影响因素

Spatial layout features of the banks in Lanzhou and the influencing factors

文中以兰州市主城区1551家银行网点为例,运用最邻近距离、核密度函数、缓冲区分析和反距离加权插值等方法,对兰州市银行业的空间分布特征及类型差异进行分析、探讨其主要影响因素,进一步总结出其空间模式。结果表明:1)银行网点总体呈现"东密西疏"的不均衡特征,集聚特征显著;2)银行网点在城市内部分布特征各异;3)不同类型的银行网点,不同层面上分布特征各异;4)兰州市各类银行的空间分布模式总体呈现出带状主导下的"多中心+扇形扩展区"组合特征;5)银行空间分布与城市功能分区、人口数量、商业中心、交通便利性均呈现明显正相关。

Taking 1551 bank branches in Lanzhou as example,we analyzed the spatial layout features of the different types of banks in Lanzhou,and summarized their spatial patterns by using the Average Nearest Neighbor and Kernel Density Estimate,and discussed the main factors by using Buffer analysis and Inverse Distance Weighted. The results indicated that：（1）It presented the unbalanced characteristic that it is sparser in western area than in eastern area,agglomeration is significant.（2）There are different layout features for bank branches in the city.（3） For different types of bank branches,the layout features are also different at different levels.（4）The spatial distribution patterns of all kinds of banks in Lanzhou show the combination of the ＂ multi center ＋ sector expansion＂ under the dominant of belt.（5）It is commonly suggested that there exists a positive moderate correlation between bank branches and the urban function zoning,the population quantity,the commercial center,the traffic convenience.
