优质护理在乳腺癌手术中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing in Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探讨优质护理干预乳腺癌手术患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月于沈阳市第五人民医院手术室接受乳腺癌改良根治术的患者60例,应用信封法对试验组与对照组随机分组,对照组30例,应用一般护理干预,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上应用优质护理干预,观察两组手术患者的配合度,患者焦虑情况。结果试验组优于对照组,两组数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预乳腺癌患者手术患者可以提高患者的手术配合度,减轻患者焦虑程度。安全有效,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention on breast cancer patients. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in 60 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in operation room, the Fifth People＇s Hospital of Shenyang City, the application of the envelope method of test group and control group randomly, 30 cases in the control group, the application of general nursing intervention, 30 cases of experimental group, the application of high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, observation two groups of patients with anxiety. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer surgery can improve the patient＇s surgical cooperation, reduce the degree of anxiety. Safe and effective, worthy of wide application.
