磁共振波谱分析在帕金森病早期诊断应用中的价值分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析磁共振波谱分析在帕金森病早期诊断应用中的价值。方法将我院2015年10月至2016年10月的33例帕金森病患者纳入研究,设为研究组。再选取同时间段的健康者33例设为志愿组。两组均行1H-MRS和常规MR检查。分析两组检查情况。结果研究组的左侧与右侧的Cho/Cr、NAA/Cho、NAA/Cr对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。志愿组的左侧与右侧的Cho/Cr、NAA/Cho、NAA/Cr对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组左侧和右侧的Cho/Cr均比志愿组高(P<0.05)。研究组左侧和右侧的NAA/Cho均比志愿组低(P<0.05)。研究组左侧和右侧的NAA/Cr均比志愿组低(P<0.05)。结论磁共振波谱分析在帕金森病早期诊断中可直观反映脑部变化。在1H-MRS波谱发生显著变化时,提示可能为帕金森病。
