阿托伐他汀联合雌激素对围绝经期患者血脂的影响

Effects of atorvastatin combined with estrogen on blood lipid in perimenopausal patients

目的:探讨替勃龙联合阿托伐他汀对围绝经期患者血脂代谢的影响。方法:连续纳入2015年5月至2016年5月,首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院全科医疗科门诊,围绝经期脂质代谢异常患者100例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(45例)与对照组(55例),观察组给予替勃龙联合阿托伐他汀,对照组给予阿托伐他汀,记录两组患者在治疗前、治疗4周、12周、24周后血脂、雌二醇水平,分析替勃龙联合阿托伐他汀对血脂的影响。结果:治疗前与治疗4周后,观察组与对照组患者血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C比较,差异均无统计学意义;治疗12周、24周后,TG、TC、LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清HDL-C比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论:与单独应用阿托伐他汀相比,替勃龙联合阿托伐他汀可以更好的改善围绝经期血脂异常患者的脂质代谢。

Objective： To investigate the effects of tibolone combined with atorvastatin on metabolism in perimenopausal patients. Methods： A total of 100 patients of perimenopausal dyslipidemia from Department of General Medical Practic of Capital Medical University affiliated Beijing Anzhen Hospital in May 2015 to May2016,the patients were divided into observation group（ 45 cases） and control group（ 55 cases） by random number table. The observation group was given tibolone combined with atorvastatin,the control group was given atorvastatin,recorded the level of lipids and estradiol in 2 groups before treatment,treatment of 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks. Analyse the effect of tibolone combined with atorvastatin on lipids. Results： Before and after treatment for 4 weeks,there are no statistical significance in difference of serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C compared with observation group and control group,after treatment for 12 weeks and 24 weeks,the difference of TG、TC、LDL-C were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the serum HDL-L was not statistically significant.Conclusion： Compared with atorvastatin alone,tibolone combined with atorvastatin can better improve lipid metabolism in perimenopausel dyslipidemia patients.
