摘要
基于学生个体认知的584份有效样本数据,研究农林院校经管类专业创新人才培养的影响因素及其次序性,并对创新人才培养过程中存在的问题进行分析。研究认为,创新人才培养的关键影响因素包括创新能力、创新条件、创新氛围、创新品质和创新基础,其中学生个体对创新品质的认同度是所有创新人才培养因素中最高的,关键影响因素又包含5个有次序性的子因素。提出应将培养学生的创新品质放在第一要务,积极培养复合型经管类专业创新人才,改善教学范式,提升教学质量,重视关键环节的次序性。
Based on 584 valid sample data of individual students cognition,this paper studies that the influencing factors and their order of cultivating of innovative talents in agriculture and forestry universities,and analyzes the existing problems in the process of cultivating innovative talents.The research shows that the key influencing factors of innovation talents include creativity,innovative condition,innovative atmosphere,innovative quality and innovative foundation,among which the students recognition degree of innovation quality is the highest,and the key influencing factors include five subordinate sub-factors.The article argues that the agricultural and forestry universities should focus on cultivating students innovative quality,actively cultivate the complex type of innovative talents in economics and management specialty,improve the teaching methods,enhance the quality of the teaching contents and attach importance to the order of key links.
