Research on the Improvement of English Teaching with the Idea of People-oriented Education

教育理念是教学改进和发展的思想保证,在人本主义教育理论指导下,回顾了以人为本理念发展历程并分析其内涵,针对目前大学英语教学中存在的问题,从树立学生主体的教学理念、复归教师角色、构建新型师生关系、实施人本化教学评价等方面探究在以人为本教育理念的指导下英语教学改进的策略。

Educational principle is guarantee of improving and developing teaching.With the guidance of People-oriented educational theory,this paper reviews the People-oriented principle＇ s developing process and analyses its connotation.In accordance with the problems existed in college English teaching,the paper explores the strategies of English teaching improvement with the guidance of People-oriented educational principle from the aspects of establishing student-oriented teaching idea,reverting the teachers＇ role,setting up newteacher-student relationship and carrying out humanization teaching evaluation.
