摘要
目的考察不同溶媒提取对灵芝中灵芝酸A药动学的影响。方法给大鼠灌胃灵芝水提取物和60%乙醇提取物,测定大鼠血浆中灵芝酸A的浓度,计算相应的药动学参数。结果 60%乙醇溶液提取物的灵芝酸A药动学参数T1/2alpha、T1/2beta、AUC和T1/2Ka在各剂量组均高于水溶液提取组(P<0.05)。结论不同溶媒提取对灵芝提取物中灵芝酸A在大鼠体内的药动学有显著影响。
Objective To study the pharmacokinetics of ganoderic acid A in rats. Methods The HPLC was used to determine the content of ganoderic acid A in rats. The pharmacokinetics parameter was estimated after oral administration of Ganoderma lucidum extraction. Results The results showed that the pharmaeokineties model was 2 chamber models. The recovery and AUC of three groups was88.5%,93.0%,92.2% and380.41 （μg/mL）h, 133.28 （μg/mL）h and 47. 77 （ μg/mL） h, respectively. Conclusion The method is suitable for pharmacokinetics studies of ganoderie acid A in rats.
