Vulgar Culture and Governance of Network Ideology

网络是亿万人民群众共同的精神家园。塑造文明和谐、生态良好的网络文化是人民的利益所指。然而,网络环境不可避免地也会滋生大量的低俗文化,致使网络空间乌烟瘴气、生态恶化。在新形势下,应该警惕网络低俗文化的陷阱及其对社会主义核心价值观、主流意识形态的消解与侵蚀。只有进一步加强党的文化领导、网络影视产品的供给侧结构改革、制度建设、新旧媒体融合等,才能够增强社会主义意识形态的感召力和影响力。

Cyberspace is the spiritual home of millions of people. It is the interests of the people that require to build a civilized and harmonious network culture. However, the network environment inevitably breeds a lot of vulgar culture, which causes the cyberspace to be chaotic and ecologically ill. Under the new situation, it is sug- gested to guard against the trap of vulgar network culture and its digestion and erosion of core socialist values and mainstream ideology. Only by further strengthening the Party＇ s cultural leadership, the supply side structural re- form of the network video products, the system construction and the integration of the old and new media can the charisma and influence of the socialist ideology be enhanced.
