摘要
随着采气井生产周期的增加,套管头的橡胶密封件老化严重,导致套管头不能承压,高压气井的采气井口密封件失效问题日益突出,严重影响着高压气井井筒完整性、安全性和可靠性。针对上述问题,合理选用适当的堵漏剂,通过室内堵漏材料性能评价及模拟实验评价,对现场操作进行难点分析和方法流程优化,最终形成一种适合塔里木油田高压气井采油井口套管头卡瓦主密封失效的解决方法,为高压气井的井筒完整性提供了新的技术支持,降低了高压气井生产过程中的安全风险。
With the increase of production cycle of gas well, the ageing of casing head rubber seals are getting more and more serious. The failure of the casing head rubber seals seriously affects the wellbore integrity, safety and reliability of high pressure gas wells. Aim- ing at the above problem, the appropriate plugging agent is selected, through the performance evaluation of interior plugging materials and simulation experiment, the difficulties in field operation are analyzed and the operation process is optimized, the solving method for the failure of the casing head rubber seals in Tarim Oilfield is eventually formed, which provides new technical support for the wellbore integrity of high-pressure gas wells to reduce the security risk in the production process of high pressure gas wells.
