摘要
井控装置为预防钻井作业过程中井喷事故的发生提供了保障,但是每年的井控安全检查中都发现不合格的井控装置,其原因主要是井控装置没有严格按标准进行检维修。为解决这些问题,基于物联网技术建立井控装置信息管理系统,给每台设备安装具有唯一身份编码的电子铭牌;通过建立厂家制造模块、使用模块及检维修模块三大模块,在PC端录入井控装置核心档案记录,杜绝了数据造假,规范了检维修管理流程;利用手机APP可随时查询了解井控装置的生命周期信息,提高了井控装置在使用过程中的本质安全。
Well control device provides a guarantee for preventing blowout accident during drilling operation. However, unqualified well control devices are found in every year's well control safety check, which is because there is no strict checking and maintaining the well control device according to the standard. In order to solve this problem, a well control device information management system is set up based on the lnlernet of things technology to install an electronic nameplate with unique identity code for each well contorl device. By establishing three modules of manufacturing module, operation module and maintenance module, the core files of well control devices are recorded at the PC terminal, which eliminates data fraud and standardizes the p,'ocess of inspection and maintenance management. The life cycle information of the well control device can be inquired at any time by using the mobile APP, and the essential safety of the well control device in the use process is improved.
