摘要 化学切割技术是处理油气井中油管管柱遇卡的一种重要方法。以实际作业井—X井内连续油管遇卡事故为研究对象,分析事故原因与技术难点,提出采用电缆输送化学切割器进行切割的解卡措施。介绍了化学切割器技术的结构特点与原理,设计了化学切割基本工艺流程与切割作业管串。通过在X井的成功应用,表明化学切割工艺简单可靠,切割的鱼头规则,具有良好的实用性和经济性,同时也为小直径油管遇卡处理提供了重要借鉴。 Chemical cutting is an important method to deal with the tubing string sticking in oil and gas wells. Taking the sticking acci- dent of coiled tubing in actual operation X well as the research object, the causes and difficulties of the accident were analyzed, and the unsticking measure to transport the chemical cutter by using cable was put forward. The structure characteristics and working principle of the chemical cutter are introduced, and the basic technological process and cutting string of chemical cutting are designed. The suc-cessful application in X well shows that the chemical cutting process is simple and reliable, and the cutted fish head is regular. The chemical cutting process is of good practicability and economy, and it also provides an important reference for the handling of small di- ameter tubing sticking.
