摘要
为了更好地发挥体育工作者对体育爱好者的指导作用,也让更多的瑜伽爱好者科学有效地利用瑜伽解决身心需要,运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法、教学实验法、目标设置与反馈法对利用瑜伽体式调节睡眠障碍的方法与策略进行了研究;结果显示:瑜伽调息法、瑜伽休息术和瑜伽体式中的猫伸展式、双腿伸展式、眼镜蛇式等方法都是激发人体内在能量,和谐身、心、灵,消除失眠,提高睡眠质量的有效方法,可以推广应用于有睡眠障碍的人群.
Adopting documentary method, observational method, interviewing method, and goal setting and feedback method, the pa- per studies the methods and strategies of relieving pain brought by sleep disorder through certain yoga poses. The result shows that yoga pranayama, yoga savasana, cat poses, cobra poses and legs stretching poses are effective means of activating inner-body potential energy, harmonizing body, mind and soul, eliminating insomnia, and improving sleep quality, which are worthy to be promoted among people of sleep disorders.
