高校体育教育专业毕业生就业意向调查与分析——以惠州学院为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Employment Intention of Graduates of Physical Education Major in Colleges and Universities——Huizhou College as an example

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对惠州学院体育学院体育教育专业毕业生就业意向现状进行研究,希望能够为高校学生就业选择提供帮助.主要结论:专业技能不够扎实、非体育类专业技能欠缺、就业指导不够等.建议:大学生自身需要提高综合技能,加强个人职业规划;学校应做好就业指导和平台搭建等.

This paper studies the current situation of the employment intention of the graduates of physical education in Huizhou Uni- versity by means of literature, questionnaire, interview and so on, hoping to help the college students＇ employment choice. Main con- clusions： professional skills are not solid enough, non-sports professional skills shortage, lack of employment guidance and so on. Recommendation： college students need to improve their own comprehensive skills, strengthen personal career planning; schools should do a good job of employment guidance and platform structures.
