高校思想政治教育文化育人的若干思考

Reflections on Cultural Education of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

高校思想政治教育关系"培育什么样的人""如何培育人"以及"为谁培育人"等根本问题。高校思想政治教育内含着文化育人特质,即以文化为思想政治教育的载体,通过文化的教化和调控功能来培养大学生积极向上的世界观、人生观和价值观。目前,高校思想政治教育文化育人过程中存在着"理论实践脱节导致的文化教育失真""惯性思维定势引发的网络阵地失范""文化创意不足招致的西方文化渗透""教材体系陈旧致使的学生兴趣低迷"等问题,可以采取"加强主流意识形态教育,还原文化教育本质""建设高校健康网络环境,占领网络舆论阵地""注重文化继承创新,抵制西方自由主义渗透""形成思想文化教育合力,启发学生认知兴趣"等策略,来提升我国高校思想政治教育文化育人的效果。

The＇ideological and political education in colleges and universities contains ＂what kind of people to cultivate＂, ＂how to cultivate people＂ and ＂for whom to cultivate people＂ and other fundamental issues. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities eonnotates the characteristics of euhural education, that is, the culture as the carrier of ideological and political education, through culture＇ s functions of education and regulation and control to cultivate college students to set up positive and healthy world outlook, outlook on life and values. At present, in the process of cultural education of the ideological and political education, there are some problems, such as ＂the disconnection between theory and practice leads to cultural education distortion＂, ＂inertial thinking set causes the network position anomie＂, ＂lack of cultural creativity results in Western culture infiltration＂, ＂anti- quated teaching system brings about students＇ low interest＂ and so on. Accordingly these coping strategies can be used, such as ＂strengthen mainstream ideology education to restore the essence of culture education＂, ＂construct healthy network environment of colleges and universities to occupy network public opinion position＂, ＂focus on cul- tural inheritance and innovation to resist the penetration of Western liberalism ＂, ＂form resultant force of both ideo- logical and cultural education to inspire students＇ cognitive interest＂ and so on, to enhance the effect of cultural education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
