摘要
大学文化之于大学组织的重要价值之一在于其具有无可替代的治校功能。文章在探讨大学文化治校功能的学理性问题即厘清大学文化与大学文化治校功能的内涵,以及分别从大学组织属性与大学功能的角度阐释大学文化治校功能存在合理性的基础上,围绕大学文化影响大学治校要素所涉及的四个方面进一步分析了大学文化治校功能的发挥须遵循的实践逻辑。
An important value of university culture is that it has the irreplaceable function of university governance. The paper, which discusses the related theoretical issues including the conception of university culture and the function of university cuhure to university governance as well as the rationality on the existence of this function from the perspectives of university organizational attribute and university function respectively, analyzes the practical logics of the function based on the influences by university culture to university governance.
