我国高等院校休闲体育本科专业人才培养现状与发展策略探究

On the Current Situation and Development Strategy of Cultivating Undergraduates Majoring in Leisure Sports in Chinese Colleges and Universities

运用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家咨询法及逻辑分析法,以全国55所开设有休闲体育本科专业的高等院校为研究对象,对其培养目标、课程设置、教材建设、实践教学和评价进行研究,在此基础上提出了我国高校休闲体育专业人才培养的发展策略:应根据社会需求和岗位特点科学构建休闲体育专业人才培养模式;确立专业特色鲜明、有区分度的人才培养定位,明确和细化人才培养目标;以发展运动项目产业为抓手,优化专业课程体系建设;重视培育专业师资队伍,加快本土化教材建设步伐;加大实践教学改革力度,构建"融入递进式"创新创业教育体系。

Using the methods of literature review, field survey, expert consultation and logical analysis and taking the 55 colleges and universities, which have leisure sports undergraduate program,as the subjects, the paper studies their cultivation objectives, the curriculum, textbook construction,teaching and evaluation and puts forward the following development strategies of leisure sports talent cultivation for the institutions of higher learning, i.e., scientifically constructing leisure sport talent cultivation mode according to the social needs and post characteristics; establishing a talent cultivation orientation with distinct professional characteristics and the degrees of differentiation as well as the clear and detailed talent cultivation objectives; developing the sport industry and optimizing the construction of professional curriculum system; paying attention to the cultivation of professional teachers and speeding up the construction of local teaching materials; stepping up the reform efforts of teaching and forming an integrated progressive educational system of innovation and entrepreneurship.
