摘要
本文考察了我国高校评价制度的产生背景与社会构建机制,指出我国高校评价是高等教育规模扩张的分化产物。通过分析我国陆续建立以大学科研能力、本科教学、学科发展以及学位点为评价客体的多元高校评价体系的社会构建机制,认为我国现阶段所构建的高校评价在范式上具有管理主义倾向,在指标体系构建上具有对所依存社会情境抽离性与碎片化特征。为了更好地服务于我国高校"双一流"建设,本文提出了相应的高校评价改进策略。
This study examines the context and social construction where the evaluation of Chinese universities has been established. It argues that the establishment of university evaluation in China is resulted of the rapid expansion of China's higher education, and embodied of a diversified system inclu- ding evaluation in the aspects of university research, teaching, disciplines and educational programs. It further illustrates that the indicators cited by the university evaluation, however, is decontextualized and fragmented. Strategies of improvement are brought in the end part of the article, for the reference of both the government and peer academicians for a better practice of the "Double First-Class" Cnnstruction.
