水葫芦对氟化物的净化效果及生理特性变化 被引量:5

摘要 以水葫芦为试材,采用单一变量控制法,研究了水葫芦对不同氟化物浓度水体净化效果与对植物本身特效的影响,以期为植物净化水体中的氟化物提供参考依据。结果表明:在不同质量浓度氟化物胁迫下,水葫芦对氟化物具有较好的去除效果,经过8d的试验周期,去除率为25.88%~52.59%。水中氟化物含量动力学拟合的相关系数R2均大于0.95,拟合得出的C0与初始投放浓度差异较小。酶活性特性中SOD和POD敏感程度增加,均出现上升再下降的变化趋势,在协同渡过不良外界条件中,作出了相应的保护植物系统的作用,其中POD贡献度较大,CAT几乎无明显变化。 The effects of water hyacinth on purification of different concentrations of fluoride concentration in water and the effects of the plant itself were studied by using the control method of water hyacinth as the test material,so as to provide the theoretical basis for purifying fluoride in water.The results showed that the water hyacinth had a good effect on the fluoride removal under different concentrations of fluoride stress.After 8 days,the removal rate was 25.88%-52.59%.The correlation coefficients of fluoride content in water were more than 0.95,and the difference between C0 and initial concentration was small.The activity of SOD and POD in the enzyme activity increased,and all of them increased and then decreased.In the synergistic external conditions,the corresponding protective plant system was made,and the contribution of POD was relatively large,CAT had no obvious change.
