不同光照时间对航天诱变凤仙花SP5和SP8代幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Different Photoperiod on Seedlings Growth of Impations balsamina Induced by the Space Mutation SP5 and SP8 Generation

摘要 以航天诱变凤仙花诱变第5代(SP5)和第8代(SP8)种子为试材,采用光照时间对比处理的方法,研究了不同光照时间(9、12、15h·d-1)对普通凤仙花幼苗、航空诱变凤仙花SP5代和SP8代幼苗生长、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响,以期明确航天诱变凤仙花不同诱变世代对光照时间的响应。结果表明:除幼苗的根长外,航天诱变凤仙花SP8代在苗高、根冠比、叶面积、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素总量、叶绿素a/b值、可溶性蛋白质含量方面均表现出诱变优势的丧失。但12h或15h的光照可以使SP8代凤仙花幼苗的根冠比、叶面积达到SP5代的水平,可以一定程度地提升SP8幼苗叶绿素a/b值和可溶性蛋白质含量,但不能提升苗高、叶绿素a含量和叶绿素总量达到SP5水平。这说明光照时间的延长对不同诱变世代的凤仙花幼苗的生长有积极作用,光照时间的延长可以适当弥补诱变后代中有益性状的减弱,为凤仙花的诱变育种提供了理论参考。 In this study,the seeds of mutation fifth generation(SP5)and eighth generation(SP8)of space mutation Impatiens balsamina were used as the test materials,and the different photoperiod contrast processing was adopted as the test method.In order to make clear the response of the Impatiens different mutation generations to different light time,the effects of different light time(9,12,15 h·d^-1)to the seedlings of ordinary Impatiens,the Impatiens mutation SP5 and SP8 generation were studied by determination the seedling growth,chlorophyll content and soluble protein content.The results showed that the seedling height,root-shoot ratio,leaf area,chlorophyll a content,total chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b value,and soluble protein content in mutation SP8 generation of Impatiensseedlings all showed the loss of mutagenic advantage,while the root length of seedlings were excepted.But 12 hours or 15 hours light resulted in the increasing of root shoot ratio and leaf area in SP8 seedlings to reach the level of SP5′s,and the content of soluble protein and chlorophyll a/b value of SP8 were improved to a certain extent.However,the seedling height,chlorophyll a content and total chlorophyll content were not reached the level of SP5′s.This indicated that photoperiod had positive effects on different mutation generations of Impatiens seedlings,and prolonged light time properly compensated for the reduction of beneficial traits in the mutation offspring,which could provide a theoretical reference for the mutation breeding of Impatiens.
