Exploring Cultivation Mode of Application-oriented Undergraduate Accounting Talents

合肥学院是国内最早探索应用型人才培养的高校,对本科会计应用型人才培养的目标原则、人才培养方案设计思路与教学评价体系等方面的具体特征与做法进行了全面的总结与提炼,形成一套系统可推广的应用型会计人才培养的新模式;并根据实际教学实践,归纳出该体系在实践中尚存在的一些亟待解决的问题。

Hefei University is one of the earliest universities in China to explore the application-oriented talents cultivation. In this paper, we summarize comprehensively the specific features and practice of Hefei University＇ s application-oriented undergraduate accounting program including the cultivation target, the design philosophy and teaching of talents cultivation, as well as the principles, basic meth- od and teaching evaluation system. As a result, a new mode of application-oriented accounting talents cultivation system has been established that can be applicable. The paper also points out the existing problems of the new mode through actual teaching practice that need to be solved.
