“新工科”背景下交通工程应用型人才培养体系的构建 被引量:10

摘要 "新工科"背景下,交通工程专业在培养目标上融合规划管理(传统软学科)与工程应用(传统理工科)两方面,实现了交通工程专业在宏观、微观与中观上的统一。突出"公路特色",根据市场对毕业生的需要,在交通工程软硬学科方向都有所兼顾,形成了以公路交通规划和控制为主线,以公路交通基础设施的设计和施工为辅线的"双线式"创新型培养模式。根据培养新理念和培养方案新构架,进行了模块化课程体系的构建,主干专业课程融入相关模块之中。理论教学方法从教学内容和教学方法两个方面进行构建,以"学生中心、结果导向、持续改进"为宗旨。另外,通过校内实验环节、相关课程实践环节和社会实践环节的实践方案构建,培养学生的实践创新能力。 Under the background of the new engineering course, traffic engineering program integrates the planning management (traditional soft scientific discipline) and the engineering application (tra- ditional science and engineering discipline) in terms of training goal. This has realized the unity of the traffic engineering program at the macro, micro and medium scale. Targeting the demand of the market, the curriculum focuses on urban freeway and intercity networks, the management of arterial and street space, and the design and control of intersections. It also gives priority to the most ad- vanced concepts and applications of the hard and soft science of the traffic engineering and its increas- ing importance in the field of traffic engineering. The purpose is to train the students of traffic engi- neering programs to understand thoroughly how highly functional roads and highways ease the frustra- tion of traffic congestion and to properly design and manage the urban traffic systems. The course is taught in the form of course module that represents each of the activities and resources found in the course. Efforts are constantly made to develop and track specific improvements in the students' inno- vation competencies.
