摘要
“世界咖啡”是一种允许较多人同时参与某一主题研讨的活动模式。把这一研讨模式运用于教师听评课的区域教研活动中,能满足较多教师之间的深层交流与互动,并有利于解决当前区域教研活动难以深入交流与互动的问题。
World Care methodology was a flexible format for hosting large group dialogue around a particular subject. It could be applied to the regional symposium on teaching research and meet the need of teachers to receive peer reviews and assessments. The World Cafe allowed deeper interaction between teachers and facilitated the resolutions of some tricky questions little discussed at the present regional teaching symposiums.
