摘要
20世纪初,从业观念的变化以及不断深入的法律改革,为近代法律职业的生成提供了契机。随着法律职业教育的开展以及法律职业准入制度的确立,近代法律职业得到了较为迅速的发展。在近代法律职业的形成过程中,虽然存在着不少的问题,但具有近代意义的法律职业的出现,为中国法律职业阶层的出现奠定了基础,促进了近代法律职业教育的发展,并在一定程度上推动了近代中国的司法改革进程。
At the beginning of the 20 th century, changes in professional concepts and in-depth legal reforms provided an opportunity for the formation of modern legal profession. With the development of legal vocational education and the establishment of legal career access system, modern legal profession has been developed rapidly. Although there are still problems in the formation process of modern legal profession, its emergence in China lays a foundation for the arrival of the class of legal professionals and promotes the development of modern legal vocational education. To some extent, it also facilitates the process of judicial reform in modern China.
