光质对空间诱变野鸦椿组培苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of LED Light Quality on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Space Mutation Plantlets of Euscaphis japonica

摘要 以空间诱变野鸦椿组培苗为材料,研究LED光源不同光质组合对野鸦椿组培苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,在观测期内,不同光质对组培苗植株生长没有显著差异;红蓝复合光比例为7∶1时,植株的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素含量、POD活性最高,值分别为2.693、1.113、3.806、0.503mg·g^(-1)、8 230.00U·g^(-1)·min^(-1);白光处理下的植株可溶性糖含量最高为46.24mg·g^(-1);红光处理下的植株可溶性蛋白含量、CAT活性最高,分别为18.65mg·g^(-1)、13.54U·g^(-1)·min^(-1);红蓝复合光比例为3∶1时,植株的SOD活性最高,值为456.35U·g^(-1)。综合考虑各项指标,红蓝复合光比例为7∶1最适合应用于空间诱变野鸦椿组培苗的培养。 Effects of LED with different light qualities on the growth and physiological characteristics of the space mutation plantlets of Euscaphis japonica were studied in vitro. The results showed that different light qualities had no significant impacts on seedling growth in observation period. Chlorophyll a (2. 693 mg g-1),b(1. 113 mg g-1),a/b(3. 806 mg g-1),carotenoid content (0. 503 mg g-1) and POD activi- ty (8 230.00 U g-1 min-1 ) were the highest in plantlets cultured under red plus blue light (7 : 1). The highest soluble sugar content of the white light treatment was 46.24 mg g-1. Soluble protein content (18.65 mg g-1) and CAT activity (13.54 U g-1 min-1) ere the highest in the plantlets cultured un- der red light. The highest SOD activity of red plus blue (3 : 1) treatment were 456.35 U g-1. However, different light qualities did no show significant effect on the seedling growth during the observation period. It was deduced that light quality of red plus blue with a proportion of 7 : 1 was the most suitable treatment for the space mutation plantlets of Euscaphis japonica in vitro.
