This paper summarizes the impact brought by the new medical reform of state-funded hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, making an all-round analysis of the risk factors existing in the operating process of a state-funded hospital from leadership risk, financial management risk, decision-making risk, medical hospital human resource risk and process risk, combined with expert advice, make suggestions for strengthening the operation management risk in public hospitals, to establish a sound internal control system, improve the overall operational efficiency, and avoid potential risks through the system.
