摘要
目的:研究燕窝桑桔饮颗粒的抗炎效果。方法:采用经典的急慢性炎症模型(小鼠耳肿胀法、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加法、棉球肉芽肿法、大鼠足拓肿胀法)来观察燕窝桑桔饮颗粒的抗炎效果。结果:与模型组相比,燕窝桑桔饮颗粒高、中剂量均可显著减小二甲苯致炎小鼠的耳肿胀度,抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加,抑制棉球诱导小鼠肉芽组织增生,减轻角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀度。结论:燕窝桑桔饮颗粒具有一定的抗炎效果。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Bird's nest Sangjie particles. Methods: The classical acute inflammation model method (ear swelling in mice, increased capillary permeability in mice caused by acetic acid, cotton ball granuloma, rats' foot swelling in the Rio method) is used to observe the anti- inflammatory effect of the particles. Results: Compared with model group, the high, middle dose of the particles significantly reduced inflammatory xylene in mice ear swelling and carageen glue in rats caused by foot metatarsus swelling degrees, also inhibited the increase of acetic acid in mice celiac capillary permeability and induced granulation tissue hyperplasia in mice induced by cotton ball. Conclusion: Bird's nest Sangjie particles has certain anti-inflammatory effect.
