甲醇/柴油共置燃烧技术的尾气排放研究 被引量:2

摘要 甲醇只含一个碳原子,不含硫等且含氧量高,使用甲醇燃料替代部分柴油在内燃机燃烧后,可使燃烧充分并降低柴油机有害气体排放。本文采用甲醇和柴油共置燃烧方式在潍柴WP10高压共轨电控柴油机上运行,其中各尾气排放量较原机大量降低,烟度排放量降低80%,满足GB 17691-2005国IV排放标准要求。 Methanol fuel can be used to replace part of the diesel fuel to burn in the internal combustion en- gine, which can fully burn the fuel and reduce the harmful emissions, because the methanol contains only one carbon atom, sulfur-free, and high oxygen content. In this paper, the methanol/diesel co-combustion system oper- ated in WP10 diesel engine, in which the exhaust emissions were reduced a lot, the smoke emissions reduced by 80% compared with the original machine, and all the exhaust emissions meet GB 17691-2005 (IV).
