摘要 以钼精矿为原料,采用自制的除油剂,100℃加热反应7h,水洗涤两次,65℃干燥3h,将MoS_2中的油含量由1.7%左右降低到0.06%以下,除油率达96.47%以上;通过采用自制的复合降铁剂,采用低温常压一段酸浸水洗方法,将MoS_2中的铁含量由1.0%左右降低到0.09%以下,达到除油、深度降铁的目的。 The molybdenum concentrate as raw material, using the self-made composite oil and iron removal, the reaction temperature was 100℃ ,the reaction time was 7h,washing two times,drying at 65℃ for 3h,the hydro- carbon oil content in molybdenum concentrate decreased to below 0.06 % form 1.7%, the removal rate of oil drop by 96.47%.The iron content of molybdenum concentrate is decreased from 1% to below 0.09 % by one washing method using a low temperature atmospheric acid using self-made composite iron,to achieve the purpose of deep reducing iron and removing oil.
