摘要
我国不同的教育阶段都有关于英语课程以及人才培养方面的规范性文件。中学英语课程标准是中学教育阶段英语教学理念与实践的具体体现,指导着中学的英语教学与教育。本科英语专业教学质量标准是英语专业准入、建设和评价的重要纲领性文件。本文从两者的性质与内涵入手,分析并厘清两者之间的关系,并在此基础上解读即将颁布的《高中英语课程标准》(修订版)和《本科英语专业教学质量国家标准》,从静态、内核和动态的角度凸显两者的关系,并提出思考,以冀帮助不同阶段的教育工作者更为有效地利用好这两部指导性文件,进一步提升人才培养的规格。
In China, guidelines are available relating to the English curriculum and talent cultivation across different educational stages. The Secondary School English Curricula, featuring the manifesto of English teaching philosophy and practice, serve as guidance in every aspect of English language education and teaching at the secondary school level. Likewise, the Standards of Teaching Quality for Undergraduate English Majors play a pivotal role in guiding and evaluating undergraduate programs of English Language and Literature. This paper aims to make an in-depth analysis of the relationships of the two national documents. As such, light will also be cast on the interpretations of the relations between the High School English Curriculum and the National Standards of Teaching Quality for Undergraduate English Majors, two related documents to be issued soon. It is hoped that the reflections made in this paper can help language educators' develop a better understanding of the documents so as to enhance their teaching quality.
