摘要
教师教育是教育事业的重要组成部分,教师教育治理是教育治理的微观范畴。在推进教师教育治理过程中面临着治理结构、治理方式和治理机制等诸多方面的困境。消解教师教育治理困境,应健全以"多元合作、民主制衡"为核心的教师教育治理结构,采用以集权和分权相结合为本位的教师教育治理范式,优化以"管、办、评"为手段的教师教育治理机制。
Teacher education is an important part of educational cause, and teacher education governance is the micro-category of educational governance. In the process of advancing teacher education governance, we are confronted with many difficulties in governance structure, governance method and governance mechanism. To overcome these difficulties, it is necessary to improve the governance structure with the multiple cooperation and the democratic balance at its core, to apply the governance paradigm combining the centralization and the decentralization, and to optimize the governance mechanism using the methods of management, running and evaluation.
