摘要
稳定农村教师队伍是当前农村教育亟待重视和解决的关键问题。以五位特岗教师的访谈资料为基础,在"推拉理论"视域下,特岗教师去留选择面临希望与疑惑、纠结与茫然、痛苦与挣扎、无奈与心酸、成功与迷惘的现实困境,这些困境是阻碍特岗教师流动的农村拉力与城市推力以及促使其流动的农村推力与城市拉力四种力量在特岗教师去留选择过程中相互作用的结果。特岗教师的去留困境并不止于选择,而在于选择背后所要付出的长久和沉重的代价。特岗教师去留困境的实质是"推拉"博弈,破解去留困境在于打破博弈双方的均衡,满足特岗教师作为"专业人"的需求,尊重其"社会人"的属性。
Stabilizing rural teaching staff is the key problem needing urgent emphasis and solution by the current rural education. Based on interviews with five Ad hoc Post teachers and from the perspective of Push-Pull Theory, these teachers, when deciding whether to leave or stay, are confronted with the practical difficulties of hope and uncertainty, entanglement and confusion, pain and struggle, helplessness and grief, and success and perplexity. There are four forces which are the rural pull and the urban push hindering the teachers' mobility and the rural push and the urban pull urging them to move. These four forces interact with each other in the teachers' choice of leaving or staying, which results in the above difficulties. These teachers' dilemma of leaving or staying doesn't end with choice but lies in the long and heavy price paid after choice. The dilemma confronted by Ad hoc post teachers is the struggle of pull and push in essence. To get out of the dilemma, it is necessary to break the balance of two struggling parties, satisfy the teachers' needs as professionals and respect their attribute as special persons.
