Pre-Planning of Transition to Socialism by the CPC before the Founding of PRC

人民民主专政国家政权的建立,使社会主义真正成为未来的发展方向。还在筹备建国的过程中,中共中央在精心规划新政权的基本制度,确定建国后政治、经济、文化、国防、外交方针的同时,进一步明确国家的社会主义前途,提出由新民主主义社会过渡到社会主义社会的初步设想。新型国家制度和政权体系的创设,建立了向社会主义过渡可靠的制度基础;新民主主义经济多种经济成分的共同发展,则将为向社会主义过渡准备必要的经济条件。共同纲领没写社会主义前途问题,不是否定这个前途,而是更加郑重地看待它。

The establishment of the state power of the people＇s democratic dictatorship makes socialism really the future direction of China.In preparations for the founding of PRC,the CPC Central Committee carefully planned the basic system of new China,determined the political,economic,cultural,national defense and foreign policies,and meanwhile further clarified the national socialist future,put forward by the tentative plan of transition from the new democratic society to socialist society.The creation of new national and power system,will establish reliable institutional basis for the transition to socialism;the common development of various economic sectors in new democratic economy,will prepare necessary economic conditions for the transition to socialism.The Common Program did not write about the future of socialism.It was not to deny this prospect,but to treat it more seriously.
