Cutaneous metastasis of prostatic adenocarcinoma and literature reviews

报告1例前列腺癌皮肤转移并文献复习。患者男,77岁。颈部及胸部结节、肿块伴破溃出血2个月。皮肤科检查:左侧胸部2个鲜红色瘤样新生物,直径约2 cm×4 cm,质地硬,肿物表面血管丰富;颈部及胸部多发红色丘疹及结节,浸润感明显,部分隆起于肤面。肿块及丘疹组织病理检查均示浸润性低分化腺癌。免疫组化:(丘疹)前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)(-)及前列腺酸性磷酸酶(PSAP)(+);(肿块)PSA、PSAP及前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)均(+)。诊断:前列腺癌皮肤转移。

A case of cutaneous metastasis of prostatic adenocarcinoma is reported, and literatures are reviewed. A 77-year- old man presented with a 2-month history of masses, papules and nodules on the neck and upper chest. Physical examination showed two firmed, red tumor-like neoplasms, sized 2 crux4 cm on the chest, with rich blood vessels on the surface. Multiple infiltrated, red papules and nodules presented on the neck and chest. Histopathology of papules and masses revealed poor dif- ferentiated adenocarcinoma. Immunohistochemical staining showed that papules were negative for PSA and positive for PSAP, while tumor masses were positive for PSA, PSAP and PSMA. A diagnosis of cutaneous netastasis from prostatic adenocarci- Bona was made.
