摘要
应用分支螺旋反应器对纳米颜料黄74的制备方法进行研究,包括表面活性剂种类和浓度、反应物浓度、反应物流量、反应温度对产品粒径的影响,并将制备的颜料黄74应用于棉纤维涂料染色。结果表明,在30℃,反应液浓度为0.01 mol/L时,表面活性剂聚苯乙烯-b-(苯乙烯-alt-马来酸酐)钠盐聚合物的用量占颜料的25%,反应物料在反应器通道内的流量超过40mL/min条件下,可得到纳米级颜料黄74。与传统方法制备的颜料黄比较,分支螺旋反应器制备的纳米颜料黄74染色棉织物的K/S值和染色牢度都更高。
The C.I. Pigment Yellow 74 are synthesized by a specially designed branched helical reactor. The effects of processing parameters, such as concentration and type of surfactants, concentration of reactants, flowing rate, and temperature on particle size are investigated. The prepared Pigment Yellow 74 are used in the pigment dyeing of cotton fiber. The results indicate that the nano Pigment Yellow 74 can be obtained when the temperature is 30 ℃ ,the ratio of PSSMA[polystyrene-block-poly (styrene-alt- maleic anhydride) sodium] to pigment is 25%, and the flow rate is over 40 mL/min. Compared with the cotton samples dyed with yellow pigment prepared from traditional methods, the cotton fiber samples dyed with the C.I. Pigment Yellow 74 nanoparticles show higher K/S value and better color fastness.
