杨柳绉面料经纬向原料均为纯棉纱线,面料设计的经纬密度较小,具有良好的柔软性、透气性与透湿性。介绍了自主开发的色织杨柳绉面料的形成原理及风格特点,利用超柔软和松式水洗等整理工艺及加捻技术,开发不同类型风格、差异化、系列化产品的杨柳绉面料,简述了色织杨柳绉面料生产中存在的问题及注意事项。

The warp and weft raw materials of willow crepe fabric are pure cotton yarn, the designed warp and weft density of fabric is smaller, so the fabric has good flexibility, breathability and moisture permeability. The forming principle and style characteristics of the self-developed yarn-dyed willow crepe fabric is introduced. The willow crepe fabrics with different styles are developed by finishing processes such as ultra-softening and loose-type washing and twisting technologies. The problems exist in produc- tion and some matters need to be paid attention to in the production of the yarn-dyed willow crepe fab- rics are also briefly described.
