选择RY-012为氧漂剂对织物进行省水氧漂处理,其优化工艺为:RY-012 3 g/L,双氧水6~8 g/L,98℃处理60 min。生产实践表明,省水氧漂工艺加工的织物半成品白度、毛效、强力、手感、质量损失率等各项指标均合格。与传统的氧漂工艺相比,省水氧漂工艺可节省用水量2~4缸,省时40 min。

The pretreatment of cotton fiber is carried out by using oxygen bleaching agent RY-012. The optimized process is： oxygen bleaching agent RY-012 3 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 6-8 g/L, treating at 98 ℃ for 60 min. The practice shows that the whiteness, capillary effect, strength, handle, weight loss and other indexes of the finished products are all qualified. Compared with the traditional oxygen bleaching process, the water-saving oxygen bleaching process can save 2-4 cylinders of water, and save 40 min of time.
