Study on High Hardness and High Gloss Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin for Plastics

本实验解决了热塑性丙烯酸树脂高光泽、高硬度、高抗刮性能、高颜料分散性不能平衡的问题。讨论了分散介质、反应单体、玻璃化转变温度、油改性醇酸树脂、反应温度和时间、固体含量等对树脂性能的影响。以该方法制备的热塑性丙烯酸树脂各项综合性能优异。

This experiment solves the problem of the unbaIanced properties including high gloss, high hardness, high scratch resistance and high pigment dispersibility of thermoplastic acrylic resin. The effects of dispersion medium, reaction monomer, glass transition temperature, oil modified alkyd resin, reaction temperature and time, solid content on resin properties were discussed. The thermoplastic acrylic resin prepared by this method has excellent overall performance.
