摘要
为解决企业中计划层和车间制造层之间信息沟通受阻及生产计划的制定和实施效率低的问题,设计开发了针织MES系统。介绍了MES系统的整体设计框架和各个功能模块,总结了采用的关键技术,并在企业中实际应用。应用结果显示：系统运行稳定,数据采集准确,达到了预期的设计目标;针织企业使用MES系统,可改善企业生产管理水平,提高质量控制能力和生产效率,提升企业竞争力。
To solve the problems of blocked information communication between planning layer and workshop manufacturing layer and low efficiency of the formulation and implementation of production plans for enterprises, a knitting MES system is designed and developed. The overall design of the framework of the system and each function module are described, the key technologies are summarized and the practical application of enterprises is achieved. The application results show that the system runs stably and accurately with accurate data collecting, which can achieve the desired goals. Knitting enterprises could improve production management level of enterprises, ameliorate the quality control and production efficiency, and improve competitiveness of enterprises with MES system.
