Electroplating Process Management System Based on PROFINET Bus

目前电镀工艺参数管理存在效率低、数据查询不便且难以共享、容易出错等问题。介绍了一种基于PROFINET总线的电镀工艺管理系统。该系统利用PLC与工控机相互配合实现电镀工艺信息化管理,对电镀工艺参数实施准确监控、及时传送和存储,方便查询与追溯。

At present, some problems such as low efficiency, not easy to query data and difficult to be shared, and error prone often occur in the management of eleetroplating process parameters. An electroplating process management system based on PROFINET bus was introduced, this system utilizing PLC and industrial personal computer to realize information management of electroplating process, which can accurate monitoring, real-time transmission and storage of electroplating process parameters, and was convenient to search and track.
