摘要
齿轮室盖的形状结构复杂,一般为薄壁零件,加工精度及表面粗糙度要求都比较高,零件上的孔系及平面的加工精度将直接影响齿轮室的工作质量。因此,设计一套加工某汽车发动机齿轮室盖A面、φ9mm孔、φ10mm孔及φ68mm孔时的专用夹具。
The shape and structure of gear chamber cover are complex, it is a typical thin-walled part, and the demands on ma-chining accuracy and surface roughness are high. The accuracy of holes and plane in the part directly affect the quality of gear. There-fore, a set of special fixture which was used to process A surface, φ9 mm holes, φl0 mm holes and φ68 mm hole was designed.
