摘要
介绍一种用于汽车大梁生产线的全液压铆接机。设计全液压铆接机的机械结构和控制系统,系统采用液压增压技术,用中压液压泵和增压器即可获得挤压所需要的较高工作压力,不仅具有较高的安装精度,而且避免了使用价格昂贵的高压泵,节省了大量成本,设备的维护也更容易。
A kind of a hydraulic riveting machine for automobile beam production line was introduced. The structure and controlsystem of the hydraulic riveting machine were designed. The hydraulic pressurization technology was adopted in the system that onlymedium pressure hydraulic pump and supercharger were used to obtain high working pressure. This design not only has higher installa-tion accuracy, but also can avoid expensive high pressure pump. So that a lot of cost can be saved for a company and its maintenanceIs easy.
