摘要
在齿轮传动效率测试中,如果按照传统的信号处理方法和传动效率计算公式,会在测试结果中得出一些传动效率快速溢出的错误测试结果。在对测试数据进行仔细分析和检查系统的结构后,发现测试系统储能环节存在干扰因素。系统从启动过程到稳定状态过程中,储能原件存储部分能量随后产生部分释放,按守恒测试系统计算,将导致测试结果错误。为了获得正确的测量结果,针对系统中的干扰因素,提出一种新的信号处理方法和传动效率计算方法,在实际系统中进行验证,获得了很好的效果,说明了新方法的有效性。
Transmission efficiency is a key characteristic for gear box, so a test system is built to measure gear box' s transmis-sion efficiency. But in the test process, some wrong test results may be gotten by using ideal mathematic tbrmula which is based on thelaw of conservation of energy. The main interference factor was that there existed some energy storage devices in this test system. In or-der to get correct transmission efficiency, a new calculation method was used to exclude out the interference factors from tile mathemati-cal calculations. With this new method, the experiment process was repeated and then a good result was gotten, which illustrated thecorrectness of the analysis and mathematical calculations from another side.
