随着非常规油气开采的不断推进,压裂泵作为重要开采设备之一,得到了广泛的研究和开发。综合近几年国内整体发展情况和最新发展动态,从压裂泵的缸数、驱动方式两个方面对于当前的发展状态做出总结,同时也从设计理念、三化、新材料方面对我国大功率压裂泵的研发提出一些建议,并展望未来的大功率压裂泵发展方向。

With the development of unconventional oil and gas exploration, fracturing pump, one of most important equipment,is researched comprehensively. A brief introduction to the development state and development trend in recent years was made. And asummary was given from two aspects of the number of cylinders and drive mode. Meanwhile, some suggestions were given about how tomake a better fracturing pump and a good protest was made.
