摘要
在薄壁长轴类铝合金件车削加工中,容易发生变形,达不到设计的尺寸精度和形位公差的要求。结合实际生产的低通滤波器腔体零件,从低通滤波器腔体的材料、结构、刀具、切削量以及冷却方式等方面进行研究,设计出双刃外圆车刀、腔体专用镗刀、螺纹成形车刀以及采用合理的加工工艺参数,采用煤油作为切削液,完成了低通滤波器腔体零件的车削加工,为同类薄壁长轴类铝合金件的加工积累了一定的经验。经过几年的批量生产,所加工零件的质量完全满足设计的要求,而且工作效率显著提高。
In the turning process of thin walled long axis aluminum alloy parts, deformation is easy to occur, the required sizeaccuracy and roughness can not reached. In combination with the actual production of low pass filter cavity parts, the low pass filtercavity materials, structures, tools, cutting and cooling mode were analyzed, double circle tool, cavity special boring, thread formingturning tool were designed, reasonable processing parameters were chosen with kerosene as the cutting fluid. The tunning of the lowpass filter cavity parts was completed. It has accumulated certain experience for similar thin-walled long-axis aluminum alloy parts. Af-ter a few years of mass production, the quality of the processed parts completely meets the design requirements, and the work efficiencyis significantly improved.
