The new dispatching system of Kunming railway dispatching center is designed with the latest design concept and standards to make a new breakthrough in modernization of the railway dispatching center, and it can ensure the smooth access of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway and Nanning-Kunming passenger dedicated line, and create the conditions for the access of Trans-Asian railway, Dali-Ruili railway for example, which can be used for reference in similar engineering design.
