三维适形放疗对胃癌根治术后患者的疗效分析

Effect of Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy on Patients with Gastric Cancer after Radical Operation

目的研究与分析三维适形放疗对胃癌患者的疗效果。方法选取行胃癌根治术的患者106例,并按数字表法随机分为对照组与试验组,每组均53例。对照组术后采用XELOX化疗方案,试验组则在此基础上实施三维适形放疗方案。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、两种治疗方法对周围组织的影响、随访生存率及复发率情况。结果试验组有效率(98.11%)明显高于对照组的(71.70%);试验组白细胞下降率(5.67%)、中性粒细胞上升率(7.55%)、淀粉胰酶异常率(1.89%)、转氨酶升高率(3.77%)、放射性脊髓病发生率(0.00%)均明显低于对照组[白细胞下降率(35.85%)、中性粒细胞上升率(33.96%)、淀粉胰酶异常率(28.30%)、转氨酶升高率(30.19%)、放射性脊髓病发生率(26.42%)];随访1年,试验组生存率(94.34%)、复发率(3.77%)明显优于对照组[生存率(67.92%)、复发率(30.19%)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗可有效提高胃癌患者的生存率,降低复发率,预后效果较优,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on gastric cancer patients. Meth- ods 106 patients with radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group （ n = 53 ）. The XELOX chemotherapy regimen was used in the control group, and the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy regimen was performed on the experimental group. Clinical efficacy, the 2 treatment methods on the surrounding tissue, follow-up survival rate and recurrence rate of the 2 groups were analyzed. Results The effective rate of the test group （98.11% ） was significantly high- er than that of the control group （71.70%）. In the test group, Leukopenia （5.67%）, the rate of neutrophil increase （7.55%）, the abnormal rate of amylase （1.89%） ,the rate of increase of transaminase （3.77%） and the incidence of radioactive myelopa- thy （0.00%） were significantly lower than those of the control group [ （35.85%）, （33.96%）, （28.30%）, （30. 19% ）, （26.42%） ] ;during 1-year follow up,the survival rate of the test group （94.34%） and the recurrence rate （3.77%） were sig- nificantly higher than those of the control group （67.92%）, （30.19%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy can effectively improve the survival rate of patients with gastric cancer, reduce the recurrence rate,the prognosis is better,it has a high application value.
