摘要
利用固定床反应器,研究了添加剂种类、相对湿度(RH)和温度(Ta)对改性钙基吸附剂脱汞性能的影响,并根据吸附剂反应后的理化特征揭示了吸附过程机理。结果表明:KMnO_4改性钙基吸附剂的脱汞效率高于NaClO_2改性钙基吸附剂;在RH=60%~100%条件下,单位质量吸附剂汞吸收量与相对湿度呈正相关;在T_a=60~90℃范围内,随着反应温度的升高,吸附剂单位质量汞吸收量呈先升高后减小而后再升高的趋势。
The effects of reaction modifier,relative humidity(RH) and temperature(T_a) on mercury removal by modified calcium-based sorbents were analyzed in a fixed-bed reactor,and the mechanism of adsorption process was revealed according to the physical-chemical properties of sorbents and their spent sorbents.The results indicated that Ca-based sorbents prepared with KMnO_4 was better than that with NaClO_2 on mercury removal.At the RH range of 60% ~ 100%,relative humidity of flue gas was positive to removal efficiency of Hg.The Hg adsorption capacity increased first,then decreased and increased within the experimental range of 60 ~ 90 ℃.
