目前,施工领域安全防护工作的费用取决于文明安全措施费(安措费),但很多工程和施工项目依据规定造价比例缴纳安措费,很难实现安全防护,只有通过设计范围的拓展,让该费用纳入工程整体造价,由业主负责才是解决此类问题的根本之道,同时又能带来设计领域的空前扩展。论文介绍了我国目前工程设计领域的范围与施工安全防护工作的现状,并对工程设计微观范围的拓展与安全防护设计进行分析,希望能对解决施工领域的安全防护费用有所帮助。

At present, the cost of safety protection in construction field depends on safety measures cost, but a lot of engineering and construction project pay the safety measures cost according to the standers, the fee can not achieve s safety protection, only by expanding the scope of design, making this costs included in the overall cost, to let owner responsible for this cost is the fundamental way to solve these problems, it also can bring an unprecedented expansion in the field of design. This paper introduces the field of engineering design and the present situation of construction safety protection work, analyzes the development and safety protection design and the design of micro scope of the project, hoping to solve the safety protection cost in the field of construction.
